• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client; undertake cost analysis of project work; • Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies; • Perform risk, value management and cost control; advise on a procurement strategy; Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks; • Prepare and analyse costing for tenders; allocate work to subcontractors; provide advice on contractual claims; analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports; value completed work and arrange payments; • Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use; understand the implications of health and safety regulations. • Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements • Contribution in cost and price calculations • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the client. • To abide by the directions/procedure/formats of reporting and approvals settled by the Head Office in the area of Quantity Surveying/Processing of the Invoices etc. • Responsibility for reporting all measures required for controlling project cost and Time over-runs. • Maintain all financial records pertaining to IPCs/Monthly Statements • Checking and finalizing site measurement as per specification. • Preparation of Abstract of quantity and abstract of cost based on site measurement. • Attend/Conduct/Co-ordinate review meetings on behalf of the company. Maintain upto date project records, data, filing, computer data (Hard/soft) etc
