• Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost estimates as per company standards. • Communicate with customers in the process of developing tenders according to the customer's specifications. • Estimating costs for heavy industrial, oil and gas, pipeline and facility, and power generation construction projects. • Preparing professional proposals to be submitted to clients in response to Request for Budget Proposals • To support the preparation of Cost Estimates on facilities modification project. • Preparation of the initial Contract Estimate as a basis for Cost Control. • Preparation of Authorized for Expenditure (AFE) along with the approved Budget Proposal
