My skillset includes estimating, business development, commercial management, planning, costing, contractual matters, quantity surveying, and technical aspects of construction management. During the past years, I have fulfilled positions of company director, project director, development manager, commercial manager, contract administrator, contracts manager, senior estimator, senior quantity surveyor, site agent and site quantity surveyor. I have experience in Fidic, NEC, JBCC and GCC contractual conditions. I have extensive experience in using specialised construction management software including Microsoft Project, CCS Candy iTWO and BuildSmart iTWO ERP software.
