Preparation of bill of quantities and pricing documents for quotations take off from drawing to know the target budget before bidding.
Execute pre-contract activities including preparation of tender packages and tender process administration
Coordination with various shortlisted bidders for different scope of works and facilitate the entire bidding process until awarding to winning bidders.
Evaluation of bidder’s submitted cost proposal, if the submitted bids are complete and within the allotted budget.
Prepare reports and recommendation to award to the Client which includes the chronological events of the bidding process, evaluation of the submitted bids and whom to award the works or package as per compliance and within the budget.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports. Maintain satisfaction and confidence with regard to the reported data and corresponding format.
- Presents Weekly Report to Client and Sub Contractors if Project Manager is not available.
- Variation orders / Claims administration – client and or subcontractor: Identify, analysis and follow-up potential claims or Variation orders to client and propose to the Project Manager a cost- effective strategy towards these.
- Maintain a log of all claims/Variation orders to/from client.
- Provide proposed and as built layout of LPG and Fire Suppression Systems for various projects such as Malls, Restaurants, Culinary School and Hotel Kitchens.
