Key Responsibilities: - Communicating with high profile clients to identify their conferencing requirements. - Completing necessary administrative duties, including taking telephone bookings, as well as moderating audio and web conferences. - Deliver and manage appropriate event services and facilities for clients, through the coordination of conference calls and keeping up to date with client requirements. - Identifying and giving feedback to line management for service improvements. - Regular Salesforce database management. - Process conference data to produce reports.
