Coordinate all details of an event; calculate and adhere to budgets; book talent, chef/catering company; negotiate and secure/hire event space and all outside vendors needed; schedule any speakers,vendors, or other participants; coordinate & monitor event timeline; develop & send event invites & manage RSVP list; initiate,coordinate and/or participate in efforts to publicize event; create invitee list; hire staff to manage event if needed ie.
