My experience in transcription has primarily been creating typed copies of recorded interviews for the Veterans Administration Appeals Process. These interviews typically involved one veteran and their representative, as well as one member of the Appeals Process team. The interviews were medical in nature with a strong emphasis on psychiatric and psychological history. It was imperative that the transcriptions were accurate to achieve the best possible outcome for the veteran. I am proud to say that I always completed transcriptions on time, or early, with exceptional results.
