Effective Events and Project Manager, having over 7 years experience in industry working at Etihad Stadium supporting Manchester City FC, IAAF World Athletic Championships 2017, IAAF World Para-Athletic Championships 2017, V Festival and most recently managed a 7-month project for aspiring surgeons to complete across the UK & Ireland in a National Surgical Skills Competition across 17 cities. I am really passionate about Diversity, Inclusivity and Social Activism and in February 2020, led the successful business BYP, into expanding to Birmingham as the newly appointed BYP Birmingham Leader (a platform for black young professionals to connect with each other and companies who support diversity& inclusivity). This included planning, marketing, advertising and organising the PR to the successfully attended event by over 80 professionals with panelist from Gymshark, Deutsche Bank, Peterborough FC Foundation and Talkabout in 20 days. Marketing is an area I am currently gaining my Master's degree and having worked on previous marketing strategies for projects and for BYP Birmingham, I am excited at the opportunity to really push myself to achieve to achieve even higher results, work collaboratively or take complete ownership of exciting new projects, marketing strategies and events.
