Exporting raw data usually results in misspelled words, stubborn trailing spaces, unwanted prefixes, improper cases, and nonprinting characters. I can do excel cleanup by removing duplicate entries and/or rows, merging and splitting columns, transforming and rearranging rows and columns, removing spaces and nonprinting characters from text, spell checking, finding and replacing text, fixing number and dates, etc. If the client prefers, macro could also be used for this task.
