I have over 10 years of consulting experience in data analytics and modelling for clients within the Public and Private sectors and I am CIMA Qualified.
I help clients understand their data and model future scenarios so they can make better data-driven decisions with as much accurate, easy to understand information as possible.
My experience ranges from analysis and visualising data through building Excel dashboards through to creating Excel business case models for £100m+ public sector investment decisions.
I have worked and led data analysis projects in Finance, HR, and Operations, these include:
- Built daily COVID dashboards for a council to understand their available beds.
- Created business case models improving decision making for large public sector capital projects.
- Visualised a client’s vehicle fleet improving their operational strategy and providing greater insight.
- Produced HR dashboards and models showing current workforce and scenarios for different workforce structures.
Visualised water leakage to help the client understand which areas to prioritise in fixing.
