Profile Description For Digital Record Management:  Managing a team of 32 including 20 field staff and 12 back-office professionals updating digital & physical records.  Reviewing MIS for Auditing records & Quality and RCA management. 


Profile Description For Employee Background Verification:  Focus on Client Acquisition and Development delivering quality audit as per TAT.  Managing a team as a vendor for Employees Background verification process for various corporate entities.    Managing interactions with multiple domestic clients pan India as per contract requirements.
