Excel Expertise, Accounts Payable Assist

Hello this is Jennelyn Riel. I graduated as an BS Entrepreneurial Management but worked in Accounting Field as a professional for almost 9 years. In college days I am being trained as a Finance Manager in our own business established as a requirement. Since then, I feel in love in accounting. My first job was general accountant in a retailing and manufacturing company of men’s wear where I monitor advances of Employee and Supplier, make journal entry for it, accounts receivable Inhouse, preparation of subcontractor payroll, encoding of receipts for Input Vat, preparation and reporting of mandatory (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) reports, recording of expenses of Officers - General Manager and Finance Manager and bookkeeping of affiliate company. Then I worked as an accounts payable in a Groups of Companies where I prepare Vouchers in QuickBooks, monitoring of expenses of 3 branches, closing entry of Advances and monitoring of different utilities. Then another experience as accounts payable where I prepare 100-150 vouchers monthly– for credit cards, supplier, utilities, payroll, agency, purchase order, mandatory, etc., monitor it and file. I also process payroll of over 200 employees, and agency, encoding of receipts, and other expenses. Prepare excel reports for our outsource accountant in monthly BIR remittance, prepare mandatory reports. I handle bank reconciliations and disbursement book. Moreover, I explore and learned to manage data in excel spreadsheets being keen to details and analyze it. We have our manual reports and recording of data through excel but using software (QuickBooks and Aries) in preparation of vouchers. Throughout this work experience I only got better with the hard work, patience, willingness to learn and be able improve for better. I am very dedicated and committed to work. I want to experience more through this flatform and expand my knowledge as well. I have the ability to work fast and to work under pressure as well. I believe I can work with small to large size projects. HI I am interested in the Job you are looking, i am using excel spread sheet for almost 10 years, my first job as part time is encoding of names and their details then I work in accounting department for almost 9 years. I do reports, encoding data, monitoring in accounting through excel so I have a lot knowledge on it and well experienced. Please consider me as this is my first try as freelancer.
