I started working as a call center agent for 5 years and an executive assistant for another 5 years. I was also able to work at an encoding company which helped me improve my computer skills. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I have done Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Status Reports and other reports that my immediate supervisor asked me to. Although new in the online job business, I am adaptable to any new task I am given to.
