I am an expert in all things customer service! I have 8 years experience in successfully handling and solving all customer request, complaints, or questions. I know how to professionally handle all customer interactions, weather it is over the phone, online, or in person. It is very hard to come by good customer service now-a-days, but fortunately I have much training and experience. On top of my expertise in customer service, I have experience in HR and general clerk work- because of these experiences I am very knowledgeable in basic computer applications- word, excel, and PowerPoint.
