I am capable and proven customer service representative, who has extensive experience in providing excellent customer service. With my background in the call center industry I’m more than able to identify potential areas for improvement within the Customer Service arena. I’m currently an On the Job Trainer, that provides one on one coaching to new hires ; provide feedback for both new hire’s strength and weaknesses to make sure that new hires are well equip before they are endorse to the floor. As a proven leader, I can not only maintain professional relationship with junior staff, but also an expert in promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.
