I was a Technical Support for 5 years in which i dealt with internet connection. I was trained to work with multiple connection, email issues, computer issues and WIFI connection. After that i was transferred to Customer Support for a financial account. In Customer Support i was trained to properly handle customer. I learned to profile customer , listen not just hear what the customer really need and want, learn to handle really difficult and irate customer that i rarely encounter when i was a technical support representative. My call center experience helps me a lot , i gained confidence, developed my peoples skill and my interpersonal skills, also developed my communication skills. With my call center background i can learn very fast, i am keen to details and very flexible. I know there is so much to learn but i love challenges , i love to learn new things. I work with minimal supervision. I work fast and accurate. Most of all i know i will be great on this job because of my positive attitude.
