I'm Karyl Ricafort, 20 years of age. I live here at Baroy, Lanao del Norte, Philippines. I have done a lot of jobs in different fields, Why am I the right person for this job? It is because not only I do met all of the qualifications needed on this job effectively, but also because I have the social skills that are needed in the workplace. I am very effective at dealing with conflicts, I am passionate not only about this job but about doing a good job and to top it off, I'm very punctual. I am a competitive person -a healthy competition to be specific, I always want to do something positively. Like I dedicate myself to it and give my focus as much as possible. I'm a kind of person who wants to extend my knowledge to other people and I don't deprive myself to learning something new. So then, if the coefficient composed of my objective and subjective score in your mind is higher than that of other candidates, I think you should hire me but if there are few top, then you could simply throw a dice and lets hope its me.
