Activities/Tasks: USA Creating new email id’s, DL, Shared Mailbox and Troubleshooting for emails send / receive issues, Backup: Exporting mailbox data to .pst and then uploading to FTP Server. Helping users to set email password, Email permissions, Email forwarding, Adding / removing email ID’s to DL or from distribution list, Setup distribution list, Creating mail contact, Creating mail user, Out of Office, Creating resources mail box for rooms and equipment’s. Follow-up with MS team, setup Office 365 and Migration to exchange online. Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing replication Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, server errors, mail delivery latency issues, analysis of NDR Problem determination and resolution within SLA's Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues
