 I have 8 years of experience working with clients/companies globally as an Executive and Administrative Assistant. I have successfully completed versatile Data-entry and Research projects. I'm eligible to work on the client's time zones & according to the instructions accurately. I am comfortable talking to people over the phone and love making deals with them.

Recently, I worked with a retail company Planet Sports Inc./MAP Active Philippines as Operations Admin and Retail Accounting handling the Visayas and Mindanao Region. My main tasks are the same as what you are looking for in a Virtual Assistant. I set up meetings for Departmental meetings and schedules, I also process departmental requests for Cash Advances, Revolving Funds, Petty Cash Funds, Store Supplies, Footwear, and Apparel Uniform requests per staff, Lanyard requests, ID Processing, Paper bags, and Shopping Bags requests allocation and delivery coordination, Checking and Processing Reimbursements and Replenishments of funds, I also do collections to each consignment malls. I monitor store expenses, sales, inventory, delivery, guidelines and policy, store audits, operations, and KPIs. I also worked hand in hand with our VisMin District Manager and Head of Operations and Consumers in collating and keeping data of each region for Sales, KPI, etc.


I also have experience working as an Executive Assistant with an Accounting Firm where I was doing Admin Tasks, calling and answering phones from clients in regard to their requirements in getting a tax refund, making follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars, emails, invoices, reports, create and maintain filing systems, compiling everything in the CRMS and creating CRM reports to ensure that everything was taken care of.  I also do reports and segregated tasks to my fellow VAs as I was also the Admin CRM of the company, we were using SalesForce CRM to help us keep track of our tasks.
