Our relationship begins with an on-site/in-person Alignment Assessment focusing on those key business drivers necessary to meet your top-line sales goal. In most all cases, I have found that the most responsibile people in a business are not in alignment as much as they would like to think. The alignment process will take the better part of a morning or afternoon. Participants in the assessment will be employees with top-line sales responsibility and the executive leadership team. As a result of the assessment, I will provide a written point of view (POV) and my recommendations.
