Provides administrative support to the President and Vice- President ( coordinator and documentation of meetings, appointment and travel plans. Lease Management and Site Development / Acquisition Support in resolution of leasing related concerns for all Zen Zest stores. File and monitor renewal of contracts Process requirements such as Lease Proposals, Notarized Contracts, Award, Notice, Checks, Etc. Check business opportunities like (soon to open malls) and arranges site evaluation / market study. Coordinate with leasing managers/officers for data gathering, proper documentation, and filing, as well as the preparation.
