I have over 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant providing Senior level support, in various industries. My strengths: Integrity, Commitment, inter-personal skills, reliable, deadline driven. In my previous Executive Assistant roles; I have worked at a Senior level providing: highest confidentiality, working with conflicting deadlines, juggling multiple tasks, minutes, presentations, board reports, preparation of board meetings, event management and being a team player to the wider team with the ability to manage and build relationships with diverse external and internal stakeholders. As an Executive Assistant, I have high expectations of myself delivering the highest administrative support with efficiency and quality. Ensure I meet expectations, provide high level of prioritisation meeting all deadlines. Some of my achievements: Designed and implemented a successful Induction Coordination for new starters within the company, ensuring the new staff member felt as welcomed as possible. Implemented OH&S ergonomic checks which was implemented and managed by myself. Identify hazards, taking action to eliminate them. This reduced the level of risk to staff in an office environment and reduced the number of claims made per annum. Results were given to the Compliance Manager monthly. Managed a group of staff and created a morale boosting group known as the “Values Committee”. In this Committee our responsibility was to organise events for staff and ensure each event reflected the Committee’s values of “positive thinking, team building, morale boosting, open communication”. This also involved the social aspect which included end of month drinks and other activities for staff in order for our Committee to create a happier, more positive environment. We achieved our goals and achievements in doing this. Met budget expectations reducing costs for travel and accommodation successfully for a 3 year period.
