DESCRIPTION

I will;

  • Administer accounts and budgets.
  • Organize and maintained appointments, incoming emails, faxes and posts, often corresponding on behalf of client's management.
  • Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
  • Negotiate with clients often involving crucial decision-making tactics, attend meetings and ensured client's managements readiness and preparation.
  • Coordinate travel, visas and accommodations and, open to travel with client, take notes or dictation at meetings and will provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Serve administrative and Technical support, contact for Leasing Agents and Assistants; resolve issues remotely.
  • Increase efficiency and streamline requests and fulfillments. Develop and implement timeline structure that ensures consistency in report submission and establish specific deadlines for documents.
  • Administer expense and travel policies 
  • Manage the workflow of temporary assistants; 
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies. 
  • Facilitate new hire requirements and assist with employee orientation and training.
  • Handle project management workflow
