Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings, including set up for remote consultations. Create and perform training for clients on software packages, including Microsoft Office Products. Perform in-depth web research. Extensive use of MS Office Suite. Coordinate and develop websites using the Wix platform. Coordinate executive calendars, create marketing materials, prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations and complex spreadsheets and handle sensitive and confidential information.
