• Perform full-cycle recruitment duties by writing descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, interviewing candidates, extending job offers, etc. • Effectively recruit candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies • Recruit, source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, extend offers, hire and on-board new hire • Prepare summary of each applicant screening with recommendations and submit to hiring manager for face-to-face interview • Create various questionnaire or in-take forms using Google forms, MS Excel/Word, MS Outlook to screen high-volume candidates for various roles (i.e. call-centers, admin assistants, data entry, etc.) • Maintain monthly KPIs, weekly submittal goals, and prioritize urgent job orders • Create and/or post job descriptions with sizzle and hard skills to popular job boards like Indeed, Dice, Monster and Careerbuilder, as well as company's external career site • Negotiate salaries and hourly rates and extend offers of employment to successful candidates • Administer pre-employment background checks and drug screens; reviewing results of background checks, following up with new hires as needed and ensuring that the results meet company standards • Perform high volume recruiting for executive, technical and non-technical positions across multi-functional areas and encompassing both vertical and horizontal markets and enterprise wide solutions • Cold call and screen potential candidates for the new role or ask for referrals
