Executive Secretary

I currently work as an Executive Secretary I, the State of CA DMV, I previously worked as a Management Services Technician for the CA DMV - Investigations Division and have recently promoted to my current position. I'm looking for extra work that can grow in and get more experience to become an Assistant Governmental Program Analyst. Which will require me to do more data analysis and research. My current position requires me to do the following Minutes of meeting, transcribe, filing, travel itinerary, reports, data entry, human resource and personnel handling, create flyers, excel spreadsheet creation, data analysis, account receivable and account payable, send out email, organize and schedule meeting, coordinate event. Filter phone calls, take messages, create calendar of events, report calendar, handle customer complaints that the Office Manager from the field office could not handle. I put in my research report and organize the office to make the files easily accessible to the region employees. Redirect customer calls as necessary, answer any driver license question and registration question from customers, answer HR question from field office employees. Handle FMLA and Worker's Compensation. Coordinate personnel training needs for 18 offices.
