•             I worked with Convergys Philippines for more than 5 years starting as a Telco Technical support agent and eventually becoming a Supervisor - Team Leader handling technical support - Telco account based in the USA. As a supervisor, I handled a number of agents and planned the overall success of the team.

•             I have undergone leadership training to coach effectively and train agents toward their goals.

•             I worked as a transaction coordinator on a US-based real estate company for real estate selling houses settlement.

•             I worked in email support customer service for an Optical online eyeglasses store that shipped worldwide. 

•             I worked as an admin assistant and eventually became executive manager of a food manufacturing company in Australia. I ensure overall business flow from Shopify Management, recruiting staff, ordering stocks, time records, creating pay records, reconciling invoices, payment accounts flow, email management, and other VA management.

•             My latest role exposed me to the marketing side of the business as an executive manager of the CEO. I contacted and sourced several marketing teams to help us with advertising materials such as online flyers, motion pictures, GIFs, videos, and photography. I also create reports to track the performance of all our advertising campaigns both on Facebook and Google. I was able to manage the client’s Shopify and Amazon stores from getting ready a new listing product > FBA shipments > Inventory Management > Advertising Management.
