Format) that consist of all the Topography, Existing Utilities, Existing Property Corners, Property Lines, and Existing Landscape (This portion of the project makes up approximately 50 to 60% of the total Final Design). SCCC will take the “Raw Survey Data” from the surveyor and produce a “working canvas” for our clients to complete their design. Service benefits: This Product will allow much relief to our clients, for creating the existing “model” of the actual site of construction is approximately 50 to 60% of the design project.
