Have an understanding of Airline IT infrastructure, data center facilities infrastructure and understand how the two are reliant on each other. As the Implementation Engineer need a contextual understanding of the environment to enable them to engage across the core performance teams. 1)Reviewing documents, workflow and plans for implementation with customers/vendors 2)Coordinating, and tracking new implementations projects 3)Installing and configuring interface software 4)Troubleshooting and resolving complex implementation issues in regards to interface and information exchanges 5)Providing interface and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the interface team’s procedures 6)Demonstrating leadership to define requirements for project risk 7)Developing solutions with the latest tools
