Manages Deployment and Provision of Managed PBX Systems to customers via VMWare Environment or by Physical Machine. Design and Implement VOIP Infrastructure from Telco up to Client side. Based on the client requirements Manages Asterisk PBX Systems and Several kinds of Voice Equipments (Alcatel Enterprise OXO and OXE, Asterisk, 3CX, Elastix, FreePBX, Audiocodes, GSM Gateways, VoIP Gateways, FXO, FXS). In-charge with the Provisioning, Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Backup of Open Source PBX (remotely and on-premise). Provides coordination with the carriers to ensure the quality, troubleshooting and routing. Conducts research and Develops New Technologies available for Voice Services. Administration of Session Border Controller (SBC) - SANSAY Platform VSXi-8.2.9.61 –S Provides monthly reports to clients (Utilization, Channels Used, CDR Logs, Users accessing PBX.,etc) Provide assistance for the request of new TFN/DID for client including resporg of numbers from other carrier. Cross platform integration with existing PBX (e.g. AVAYA, Alcatel , CUCM etc.). Daily monitoring of VoIP Infrastructure/Network and CDR logs.
