My tenure with the United States Postal Service provided me an opportunity to form a sound base in all aspects of human resources. While there, I was tasked with assisting all levels of employees from all 50 states and Puerto Rico, requiring me to be versed in all Federal laws along with state specifics. Further, my experience with Whole Foods allowed me to take that breadth of information and apply it on a more personal level by engaging deeply in employee relations issues, recruiting, and talent development. Working with CLARE|MATRIX has allowed me to work on macro-level projects and advise executives on compliance and a multitude of employee relations issues. In this role, I have learned the responsibility of being a business partner while still championing the needs of employees.
