I am a Filipino with a wide scope of job experiences: I have worked several years for a leading Telecommunication Company from October 2011-April 2015. I started as an Online Sales Representative, handling the verification and processing our client's broadband Online Application. In January, 2013 I got transferred to the newly opened back office department of Online, Inbound and Outbound Channel as an email back-end support, we communicate with the officers to follow-up Job Orders and Installations, we also do the assessment on the requirements of the clients for approval. In the same company I also became a Marketing Head Coordinator from October, 2014 to April, 2015, I'am responsible in doing admin works such as collecting and checking the accruals and liquidations of our Trade Marketing Manager Coordinators. After 4 years, I decided to shift to a home based work and got a job offer at Upwork as an email support representative for 2 years and just got finished my contract. Because of my work enthusiasm I would like to explore more and widen my skills by earning more experience in working at home.
