Throughout my 12 years as a meeting/conference professional, I have demonstrated proficiency in all core meeting planning functions, including document preparation (save the date cards, programs, speaker presentations, etc.), internal/external communications (managing e-mail accounts), manage contracts with hotels & vendors, served as primary contact for speakers, maintain registration database, prepared various reports, coordinated AV needs, and monitored budgets. In short, I have outstanding organizational and planning skills, know how to coordinate with various area services, and communicate well to get the job done and without incident. In addition, I have experience in supervising staff and working with high net worth clients, both of which require extra attention to the “people management” side of business. Through successfully managing both internal and external relationships, I have accelerated the achievement of goals and positioned myself as a valuable resource in a variety of situations.
