Since 2017, I've been a freelance attorney completing projects for law firms, businesses, and individuals. My preference is long term projects but I am open to and will consider short term projects. I can review, draft, prepare, and revise documents. I am also available for consulting and researching. I have access to Lexis Nexis (all 50 states) for research purposes. I am a member of Wealth Counsel and have access to Tracers to complete skip traces and locating information about individuals (such as locating heirs and addresses for service by publication). I also have an LLM in tax law and can assist with some tax debt related items. I am reliable, dependable, and efficient.
