I have been in the BPO industry for more than a decade now. My background and knowledge as well as my occupational and personal experiences have equipped me well to face the challenges of the jobs that are available online. The experience I gained in working as a sales executive, hotelier, customer service/sales associate and a telesales, telemarketer, administrative support and virtual assistant, performing a specific customer-contact function, has enhanced my skills in written and oral English, telephone and email etiquette, sales and after sales service, technical support, data entry, payment processing, marketing research, conflict resolution, training and situational analysis among others. My supervisory skills were polished during my stint as a hotelier and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of a Business Processing Outsourcing company. I am looking forward to working with people or companies who desire to get the job done efficiently and effectively. I tackle every project head on, thrive when challenged, and am rarely satisfied with the status quo.
