I am a seasoned civil litigation attorney with sixteen years of experience. Trained at U.C. Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D. 2000), I practiced for five years as a general commercial and securities litigator at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP before moving to Fish & Richardson P.C., where I spent the next four years as an associate and six more years as a patent litigation partner. I currently practice doing work I love at a small plaintiffs-side contingency firm focusing on employment and civil rights litigation, and supplement my income with freelance legal work. I have extensive experience performing legal research and analysis; drafting pleadings, briefs, memos, investigative reports, contracts, agreements, and discovery documents; reviewing and analyzing production documents and other materials; and in all other aspects of general civil litigation.
