I am a CPA and attorney with years of experience in tax and accounting. I have previously managed tax return preparation for a public CPA firm and run my own practice. Currently, I am a controller for a medium sized medical industry business. I have a Masters of Accountancy from Belmont University, a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelors in History and Political Science from Florida State University. I will only accept projects for which I am highly qualified. I work with US individuals, C Corporations, S Corporations, LLCs, and sole proprietorships of all sizes. In addition to the general practice of tax accounting and tax law, I also have a niche specialty in working with foreign citizens doing business in the United States.
