I have a variety of skills from customer service, data entry to graphic design and illustration. I am an experienced customer service agent who specializes in email handling (Zendesk) and phone support. My goal is to help you and your team provide quality premium customer service. I take pride in helping other people through clear friendly and positive communication. I am a fast learner and am a detail-oriented person. I also do have experience as a graphic designer and illustrator. The artwork I have created are as follows: logo designs, posters, business cards, presentations book covers and children’s book illustrations. I am knowledgeable in basic computer tasks, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, Confluence, Google Drive, Trello and Hootsuite.
