I am a Filipino, born and raised in the Philippines. I studied Bachelor of Science in Information and Communications Technology at Pangasinan State University – Urdaneta City Campus. After I graduated college, I decided to work in a booming BPO industry. Worked as a customer service representative for more than 3 years and handled one of the biggest telecommunications company in the United States which is T-Mobile. During my 2 years marked with the same company, I got a chance to be promoted as a certified training assistant.
