I have 7+ years of progressive experience in the Contact Center industry supporting US/CAN & Australian accounts. I also served as a Team Leader for more than a year in a large Call Center here in the Philippines. I've handled several teams doing email & calls for a global taxi technology company, supporting over 20 agents. Throughout the years of my experience in doing Customer Service, I have managed to acquire skills that are essential to give quality customer service. I'm also very familiar with email platforms such as Zendesk, but I'm willing to learn more as long as I can provide the best possible outcome for the business.
