I have been in the Outsourced industry for more than 6 years, where I've supported large companies in the US from Customer Service to Helpdesk Associate position. Due to hard work and quality service, I've got promoted in all the companies that I had worked for ( Team Coach, Quality Analyst, Team Supervisor, Trainer, and Real Time Analyst for Workforce Management). As part of the growing industry here in our country, I have learned different skills where I can provide good customer service and quality reports. I am a good team player and can work under. As I am trying to build my career as a freelancer, I am looking for a job where I can enhance my skills and learn more as I go along the way.
