I started my career as a Technical Support Specialist on an Australian company providing computer kiosks around the country. I also worked as a Phone Support in a US-mobile provider assisting users with their billing concerns. But the highlight of my career was working as a Customer Support (Emails, Chat and Text) and Subject Matter Expert for a US-based start up company connecting customers to local service providers. I'm very familiar with Zendesk, Salesforce, Trello collaborations, and Slack.
