Primary experience is in the field of family-based immigration, though I have also done work with removal defense, nonimmigrant visas, and business immigration. In general, I’ve done a considerable amount of work with naturalization, family petitions, sponsorship, work authorization, waivers, DACA, and many other forms of documentation and immigration relief. Among the forms I have experience with: I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-765, I-864, I-864W, I-864A, N-400, N-600, I-131, I-129F, I-912, I-360, I-730, I-601 & I-601As (including accompanying briefs), I-918 & I-918 Supplement B, G- 639, and several more. I also have extensive experience dealing with Requests for Evidence from USCIS and the National Visa Center, as well as I-290B appeals and a broad variety of other immigration-related matters not listed above.
