As a knitter & crocheter since 2003, I love to be able to create my own textiles, both for gifts and sale. I have interned in the design department at Berroco, and I have also been a knitting instructor for Michaels craft stores. I am a quick knitter/crocheter with the ability to knit socks (cuff-down, with heel gusset), hats (top-down or bottom-up), fingerless gloves (with thumb gusset), scarves, blankets, etc. I am able to cable, follow patterns, knit, purl, and perform basic pattern math. I am very comfortable with free-form crochet, and I mostly create blankets, granny squares, and scarves. I'm able to do sc, hsc, dc, tc, bobble, etc. I love learning new stitches for both knit and crochet, and I'm always up for a challenge!
