I have 23 years of design and manufacturing experience. I hold 2 patents and am a contributor to another. I am a very innovative thinker. I feel comfortable out of the box. There is very little I will back away from. I don't say it can't be done very often I useally say how can we do this. And I usually manage to find the most cost effective way to do it. I took a number of projects form start to finish, My last big project was a ground up redesign of a four-wheel drive articulating Utility tractor. I have done complete redesigns of tractors, zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, mower decks and many attachments. And Designed a large shrink wrap machine for a client in 2014. I am a very mechanically inclined person that can figure out most anything. And once I understand it then I can design it, make it, or, fix it. I am just as at home either designing or making things. I can see in my head what I'm going to design before I even start. I have 20 years of sheet metal and weldment experience with both carbon steel and stainless steel, I am good with hydraulics. I have a seat of Solid Works, I know Inventor, Mechanical desktop, and Auto Cad. I have worked in machine shops and with shop employees and know how to ask and listen to them, and use what they know. They many times have some very good ideas, and know what can and can’t be done. For fourteen years before I went into Engineering I owned and operated a transmission shop and machine shop. I rebuilt and modified transmissions and transfer cases for applications ranging from a normal driver to all out pulling trucks. Occasionally having to take parts from different types of transmissions and integrating them into another style to get the gear ratios and strength needed to make the vehicle competitive. And also designing and building many pieces of equipment and tools for use in the shop. I started my fabrication abilities early. When I was junior in high school I put a Ford Flathead V8 in my dad’s Oliver 70 tractor so we could have some thing at a reasonable cost to plow the fields faster. We used that tractor for 10 years, which was when he quit farming. I designed and built the under ground house that I live in. I also have a huge interest in Green Energy.
