• 10+ Years of experience in Schematic Entry, PCB designing, Fabrication & Assembly. • Hands on PCB Tools : CADSTAR, PADS, Altium, HyperLynx V8.0, Excel CAM & View Mate. • Solid Experience in all pcb layout aspects of Power Supplies, Analog, High Speed Digital, Mixed signal, RF and multilayer Boards with Impedance controlled HDI.• Management of the centralized CAD library. Review & validation of new parts & pcb decals from all the aspects of pcb design, mechanical design, DFM & field application. • Sound knowledge of high speed pcb layouts for interfaces like Ethernet, USB, DDR2, DDR3, HDMI, SATA & PCI. • Good experience in the assembly processes wave soldering, Stencil design, Reflow soldering, temperature profiling and analysis in case of soldering & assembly issues.
