I am a researcher with 15 years of experience. I have worked for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory where I worked on projects for the National Ignition Facility. I also have six years of experience in the private sector startups designing and constructing prototypes for medical and other devices as well as conducting scientific research. I am very experienced in data analysis, statistics, experimental design and execution. I have personally designed and built much of the equipment I used from graduate school on throughout my career at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and inside the private sector using CAD software. I also manufactured some of my own equipment for prototypes and experimental equipment. I have experience and the capability to use Mathematica and Latex. I have extensive experience with COMSOL and other FEA software to solve physics and engineering problems. I also have experience using Python and R for data analysis and simulations.
