I am an experienced QA tester for software,website and mobile, with which I am doing for almost 3 years. Other tasks includes, documentation of change requests, functional specifications, logging of defects and writing/updating test cases. This has also given me the opportunity to gain familiarity with Agile Scrum Methodologies. For almost 7 yrs I have been a Product Specialist and have gained expertise and skills in learning applications within a short period of time. The job has enhanced my problem solving skills and the use of SQL and tracking tools. It has also improved my documentation skills especially when replicating issues, reporting bugs and reporting (for administrative purposes). It was also my stepping stone into the world of QA since we also conduct testing on every release. I am very much exposed to Java based applications thus includes reading of logs. I have been exposed to different clients across the world for almost 10 years thus, I am most confident that communication is never an issue.
