I have solid experiences as a Compliance Officer / Quality Analyst. I've been in the BPO industry as Compliance Officer / QA for 6 years now. As a Compliance Officer / QA I do a lot of call listening, so keen attention to details is necessary to make sure objective feedback are provided to the agents. We do loads of data entry with every call we listen to. We check all applications where data is entered to make sure the correct data will be uploaded to the database. We also do call tracking and maintain QA files and folders. I can work with minimal supervision and have no attendance issues. I always show up and get the job done with the best quality.
