I published my first book when I was 20, nearly 50 years ago. I did my first ghostwriting job a few years later for a university student needing research and writing assistance for his thesis. I discovered that I enjoyed this much more than I did working solo. I enjoy working with someone and in helping them fulfill their writing dreams either because they lack the time necessary to make their dreams come true or sometimes they don't think they have the skills. I also really like researching new subjects and being able to expand my own knowledge while I am working as every job brings new subjects to the table. I spent many years researching subjects for a major American novelist of primarily historical subjects. I have ghostwritten two books that have been listed on the Publisher's Weekly bestselling non-fiction lists. More recently I researched and ghostwrote a book published by Amazon that was listed as one of their prime selling e-books of 2015. I cannot guarantee anyone a bestseller, of course, but I can guarantee you top quality research and skilled writing. I am available for any historical writing from ancient times to contemporary. I also have a longstanding love of, and encyclopedic knowledge of music from baroque through to today's music and I currently write anonymous album reviews for breaking artists. I prefer longer projects for the most part, though not necessarily full-length books, I do not generally take on projects that are too short and I never take on "rush" for someone who has a two day deadline and no idea what they even want me to do. I can write in any style you need, from simple and straightforward to very academic.I know MLA, APA, and Chicago styles of editing and source notation.
